Sorry, I don't have any old pics either.  But, I remember that the Hyden Citizens Bank gve away calendars a couple years ago that did!  If I remember correctly it had one with a mule and sled hitched on main street. With dirt roads.  You could ask at the bank if they have any left over copies of that calendar.

I got a hold of a calendar from the Hyden Citizens Bank that has fantastic old pics!  It is the 2004 100th anniversary edition.
it has pics of main street in 1928 (dirt road; one with a mule and sled)
a bunch of others from the 30's and 40's. (court house and hospital) arial from 70's...  They are all black and white photos.
If you don't mind giving me your mailing address, I could mail the calendar to you.

thanks for the email whoever sent it with the photos spoke of int he calander im sorry you havent heard from me on this in a while and that more progress hasnt been made but some family related issues came up and everything is ok now so im pickin up on it again ill have 3 banners out and posted within the week....these are just templates....so if someone likes certian things and wants some changes changes can be made and so on all critism is welcome

also i would have been finished already but ive had a few jobs i had to do also hense this has taken so long

but he assured there will be 3 banners ready to vote on within a week
2 weeks at most

If you havent allready noticed, Ive begun moving the site to a new site design.  Right now only a few pages have been converted over to the new template. I expect over the next few weeks to completely change over the entire site.  But for now, I hope you enjoy the new look
